Our Quantity Surveying team based out of Rome, Italy provides expert cost, building project procurement, contractual and project management advice at all stages of the construction process.

The services include; feasibility studies; project cost advice; detailed estimates; cost planning; advice on contract procurement; project management; post contract services; work valuations; negotiation & settlement of contractual claims; preparing & agreeing final accounts, redline drawings, shop drawing preparation etc.

IPS provides full time Program Managers, Project Engineers, Environmental Engineers, Supervisor Quality Assurance Representatives, Communications Engineers and Scheduling throughout Europe. IPS also provides A/E design services for Environmental, building renovations and developed a large scale Public Works training programs for US Navy Europe.
